In 2005, I made the choice to open Molitor Financial Group, and this became one of the most impactful chapters in my life. To be honest, I had no idea what to do, but I knew that operating with integrity and doing my best to help others was the most important component to me. As the company grew, my goal was to bring in team members who had no experience and give them the opportunity to create a career for themselves.
